1. Application Purpose
KaraokeQueue provides tools that allow users to search for publicly available YouTube videos and select content for a karaoke queue.
2. YouTube Services
KaraokeQueue uses YouTube API Services. By using features that interact with YouTube, users agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service.
3. Content Ownership
KaraokeQueue does not own or claim ownership of videos, thumbnails, channel information, or other content supplied by YouTube.
Rights in YouTube content remain with YouTube and the applicable content owners.
4. Acceptable Use
Users are responsible for using KaraokeQueue and YouTube content in accordance with applicable laws, content rights, and YouTube's applicable policies and Terms of Service.
5. Availability
Availability of YouTube-related features may depend on the availability of YouTube API Services and may change without notice.
6. Privacy
Use of KaraokeQueue is also subject to the AquaOke / KaraokeQueue Privacy Policy.
Users of YouTube-related functionality should also review the Google Privacy Policy .
